Lending criteria
We allow landlords to offer tenancies of up to 3 years in length. Minimum length of tenancy required is 6 months.
Maximum of 4 individuals on a single tenancy agreement (max 2 in Scotland).
For new clients to Accord. Create an illustration, submit a DIP, upload documents or track an application.
Switch existing Accord clients to a new deal. Create an illustration, then apply and accept a product transfer online.
MSO offers multiple switch dates. Choosing any date before your clients product expires will incur ERCs. For full information, please see our website.
Please note: 1001 BTL Accounts, Porting, Additional lending, Overpayments and Term / Type change are handled outside the portal.
