The deal involved a mix of houses and flats across Warrington, Wilmslow and Leigh, refinanced at 75% LTV. With multiple assets and lenders involved, pace and clarity were essential.

Our Relationship Director Jennie Guy, worked closely with the broker from the outset, to keep the credit process efficient and focused. With great communication throughout, and once valuations were received the full credit review was completed within 24 hours, despite the scale of the portfolio.
