Tariff of Mortgage Charges
You must provide the Tariff of Mortgage Charges Factsheet to your client(s) for all cases.
Mortgage Conditions
New Mortgage Conditions are only required if you are switching from Non-Offset to an Offset product or from an Offset to Non-Offset product - you must provide the relevant document to your client(s).
Offset to Non-Offset
If your client(s) are switching their mortgage product from an Offset to a Non-Offset product, you must also provide them with a copy of the current ‘Mortgage Conditions’ before proceeding.
England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
Non-Offset to Offset
If your client(s) are switching their mortgage product from a Non-Offset to an Offset product, you must also provide them with a copy of the current ‘Mortgage Conditions and Offset Savings Terms’ before proceeding.
