Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions

New Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions are only required if you are switching from Non-Offset to an Offset product or from an Offset to Non-Offset product - you must provide the relevant Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions to your client(s).

Offset to Non-Offset

If your client(s) are switching their mortgage product from an Offset to a Non-Offset product, you must also provide them with a copy of the current ‘Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions’ before proceeding.
