Credit Repair Guarantee
We offer a Credit Repair Guarantee to all borrowers who have one of our Credit Repair mortgage products.
The Guarantee
We make the following Guarantee to all borrowers who took out one of our Credit Repair mortgage products:
If you have no more than 1 missed/late payment in the last 12 months payment history and your mortgage arrears are less than the value of 1 month’s mortgage payment at the time of applying for a transfer & the completion, then:
You can transfer to any of our Transfer products at the end of your current mortgage deal. This is subject to our standard terms.
- This is regardless of your level of credit impairment when your mortgage first started.
Additional Lending
- To apply for additional lending, all mortgage payments must be paid in full and on time for the last 12 months.
Changing deal / Transfer products
If you fulfil our product transfer criteria, then you can transfer to any of our Transfer products at the end of your current mortgage deal. This is subject to our standard terms.

When you're ready to apply for a product transfer, you can do this online.
Please note: In some circumstances, such as where you currently pay all or part of your mortgage on an 'interest only' basis, we'll need to talk to you before you can transfer your mortgage product. If this applies to you - you won't be able to apply online. When we write to you to let you know your current deal is coming to an end, our letter will set out how you can apply for a new mortgage deal.
If you are currently on our SVR, or you want to switch from your current deal to another product and pay any Early Repayment Charges, you can discuss your options with us.
Disclaimer
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
If you have a Buy to Let property, then alternatively a receiver may be appointed (except in Scotland) to receive the rent and/or to sell the property. After sale, you will remain responsible for the payment of any mortgage shortfall debt.
