ONLINE APPLICATION IDENTITY CHECKS

Learn how we safely check your identity when you open a savings account online.

Checking your identity

We need to check your identity to make sure it's really you and keep your money safe. A lot of customers prefer to apply on their mobile as it's easier for them to take pictures of their ID and documents.
Here's what we'll ask you to do during the application process.

Step 1. Take a selfie

This is so we can check that your selfie matches your ID.
